UK Urban AgriTech, or UKUAT, brings together the UK’s key players in the world of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). We are a cross-industry group comprising growers, researchers, equipment producers, architects, educators and enthusiastic individuals, all devoted to promoting CEA as a solution for food and environmental crises.
We aim to influence policy by sharing information, educating, and communicating practitioner needs. As a united entity, we work to attract funding and customers and to stimulate research and collaboration in order to advance the prospects of sustainable food production in urban and peri-urban settings.
